The reason I started a blog was so that when Nathan went on his mission we could keep everyone posted on what was happening on his mission. Well last night he met with the Bishop and Stake President and the Stake President will be submitting Nathan's papers today (Wednesday, March 4th). He said that he will probably get his call in a couple of weeks. He is so excited and has been pushing me to keep on making all of his appointments etc. to make it all happen. It's usually the opposite with me bugging him to do something. We are happy for him but...it is definitely a roller coaster of emotions. I keep teasing him that he will go to Tooele because our neighbor down the street went to the tropical islands of Hawaii. We know that he will go to where the Lord wants him to go and that he will be a great missionary...We thought it would be fun to let you guess where you think Nathan might get his call too. So just make your guess on where you think he will go on the comments on our blog. We'll let you know if there is a winner...there's only like 340 missions.

My guess is that Nathan will go where he is needed most and will have the most influence on the people he teaches. And mostly where the Lord needs him.

I feel that Nathan will be called to a mission in France. He already knows how to speak french which is a great advantage. Paris is know as the "City of Lights" and Nathan will light up the people of France with his great personality and humor.

Uncle Dee's prediction is Nathan will be going on his mission to Idaho. Maybe he can convert some of those "spuds" to chips. HaHa!
My guess is Holland. I don't know why, but that is just where I can picture Nate for some reason. We are so excited to find out where he goes and we wish him the best wherever it is!
I think they could use another fine young missionary in Belgium! Maybe he and Ben could be companions!!

I think Nate will go to Australia. Tie me Kangaroo down sport!!! I look forward to hearing though and sharing with Zach. I may even have to cheat and call a ward member to tell Zach the news. Nate looks awesome in his mission suits. McKay says Kansas, Annie says Missouri, Kellen thinks Chile. Everyone else is asleep.
I would hope for Chile - 'cuz the people there are the best! ;)

Thats so exciting, I think he will go to Hawaii, His mom and dad seem to spend alot of time there!:) seriously wherever he goes he will love it im sure. Hes such a good kid!
I think Nate will go to Sydney Australia on the Mission. I am so excited to see where he goes. Wasn't it just yesterday that I was his primary teacher and he wasn't even baptized yet????
My guess is going to have to be Russia! Make sure to post as soon as the big white envelope arrives!!! We are hoping for this Wednesday!
My guess is that he will go to Brazil...but, Joan made me choose again, so I picked the land of my heritage...and the place I most want to visit...Scotland.
Well,
We all know that most choice missionaries go to California speaking a foreign language, and of course the next best go somewhere else speaking Russian. So his call will tell us a lot about how righteous Nathan is. I will cast my vote and say he will be called to Brazil. That should cover roughly 70 of the missions possible.

My initial reaction was France. Scott feels like he will be going to Peru. Connor is undecided. We are so excited and can't wait to hear the news!
